Buffer Systems
DACO manufacture specific buffer systems to interface with the flow wrapper. The Buffer system accepts product either from a drop feed system or direct from the making plant, closes all gaps in the product and feeds them onto the cross feed or inline automatic feeder which is fitted to the wrapping machines infeed conveyor causing minimal pressure and damage to product.
DACO’s Buffer systems are manufactured in various sizes with variable conveyor speeds, allowing for many types of product to be wrapped with minimal change over.
