Service & Support
On completion of any system, we operate a 30 day handover period where the line is assessed in operation and fine tuned to the client's satisfaction. After this 30 day period, the client is offered a programme of preventative maintenance, including hardware and software upgrades to keep the system current and running smoothly.
We also offer a tailor made service and maintenance agreement for our clients which identifies key performance indicators to ensure our service remains the highest possible standard.
Rentals
DACO operate a rental service to our clients for many types of flow wrapping machines. Please contact us for more details.
Regrind Service
DACO offer a regrind service for clients that choose to recycle their Knives and Anvils rather than purchase new ones when they become worn out. Please call us direct for more details on our re-grind service.
